Cisco, Atlassian, and DocuSign are some of Impact Point Group’s clients that will now be part of Freeman’s agency team.

Freeman announced today the acquisition of the Denver-based Impact Point Group. The company currently works with clients, including Cisco, Atlassian, DocuSign, and other technology brands.

Freeman is looking to build out its agency capabilities. It previously acquired Convention Data Services, Klowd.com, and Audio Visual Management Group (AVMG) and announced partnerships with Zenus, Sessionboard, and Hubilo.

Founded in 2007, Impact Point Group is a women-owned company with a total of sixteen staff.

“We’re primarily involved at the inception stage of an event lifecycle,” said Erica Spoor, president and chief strategist of Impact Point Group. “We have an amazing team and a proprietary methodology that helps brands define their overall event portfolio strategy, including the impact events can have on business.”

Adam Charles, executive vice president of Freeman’s agency, says this move will help Freeman better support its corporate clients.

“Impact Point Group helps augment our current strategy offerings and complements our recent investments in creative talent, content development, and content production,” said Charles. “A lot of our agency work is already centered around technology clients, and we support some of the world’s biggest brands. By bringing in Erica and her team, we will now be in lockstep with our clients and theirs at every point of an event lifecycle — from the earliest planning stages to the bottom-line outcomes.”

“We have a long-standing history of helping our technology clients with thought leadership and C-level content and programs. Our combined capabilities will enable us to help our clients achieve better outcomes, including considering year-round engagement with these high-value audiences through digital and other platforms,” said Spoor.
