The merger underscores how mid-size agencies are joining forces to build global footprints.

Unbridled and OrangeDoor have announced a strategic merger that creates a 234-person, transatlantic events agency with six offices across the U.S. and the UK.

Headquartered in Denver and founded and led by Stan Bullis, Unbridled offers event management and marketing services along with sister companies Unbridled Productions, Unbridled Media, Giftd, and Unbridled Travel. All five companies are part of Unbridled Companies, a group of 27 businesses with more than $100 million in combined sales.

OrangeDoor, headquartered outside London and founded nearly 25 years ago by Elizabeth Heron, is known for its work in the tech, finance, and HR sectors and became one of the country's first event agencies to achieve B Corp certification in 2022.

Now operating as OrangeDoor, an Unbridled company, it will have immediate access to five U.S. offices, including Denver, Boston, and San Diego, a scale that Heron said would have been difficult to build independently.

The companies said the deal strengthens their sector diversification. Unbridled focuses on  healthcare, food and beverage, and restaurant events, while OrangeDoor is technology, finance, and HR.

The merged organization will operate under Unbridled’s 20/20/60 profit-sharing model: 20% of net income donated to charity, 20% retained for long-term financial stability, and 60% distributed to shareholders. Heron said the structure aligned seamlessly with OrangeDoor’s B Corp values. “It was never up for conversation,” she said. “We are putting our money where our mouths are.”
