AI Prompts to Help Achieve Clarity, Build Confidence, and Stay Organized

Skift Take

Who better to create supportive and empowering AI prompts for event planners than a former planner-turned-coach with firsthand experience?

Juliet Tripp’s career in event planning stretches back to 2010, including a stint as Deputy Head of Global Events at Chemical Watch, before she made the decision in 2022 to turn her focus to coaching event planners.

She describes the feeling — one that many planners know well — that finally led to her decision to change careers and start a coaching business for event planners: “I spent over a decade leading global events, climbing the ladder, saying yes to every opportunity, and becoming the go-to person everyone could count on. I built the personal brand. Launched the six-figure side hustle. Landed the dream job,” she said.

“And I still found myself burnt out and misaligned. A version of me that looked accomplished but no longer felt connected to the work that once lit me up.”

To help others in her place, she created a coaching guide, The Events Industry Survival Guide, packed with AI prompts for event planners. These are designed to help with setting boundaries, building confidence, and getting organized in a high-pressure industry.
