If you’re including wellness activities or activations in your event, why not extend that theme into your gifting experiences and room amenities?
It seems like every meeting these days includes some type of wellness activity, whether it’s massage stations, a group run or walk, or a morning yoga class for attendees.
One way to reinforce that is to include wellness-themed activations during the registration or cocktail hour, or wellness room gifts for attendees to take home with them.
Following are 7 ideas:
1. Gifts That Give Back
Sudara provides wellness-themed products with a CSR component. Its scented neck pillows come complete with a colorful fabric tote bag and make for a great room amenity.
Sudara is a hybrid nonprofit and B Corporation, with its business arm selling ethically made apparel to fund its charitable work of providing employment and support services for women in India who are human trafficking survivors or at high risk.
2. Wearables
The Oura Ring measures more than 20 biometrics, including heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen. Using the Oura app, wearers can access daily personalized insights into their sleep, activity, stress, and other factors. Oura now offers group purchases of its rings, memberships, and gift cards as an enhancement to wellness events.

3. Scent Experience
Scenterprises' Sue Phillips offers an educational amenity experience designed around scent, for all sizes and types of events. Attendees start by taking a 12-question quiz to discover their “scent personas.” The answers reveal their “fragrance family,” after which Sue creates an individual blend for them to take home.
4. Calming Audio Experiences
Companies can offer attendees the gift of Calm. By purchasing an annual business subscription, they can access its library of content, from daily guided meditations to Sleep Stories to soundscapes. A self-serve management and analytics platform allows the administrator to oversee the program and assess data on usage.

5. Candles for Good
Gifts For Good offers a selection of candles made of a blend of local beeswax and U.S.-grown eco soy with non-toxic/clean burning fragrance oils, in frosted recycled glass jars. Each sale benefits a range of social and environmental causes, including nonprofit groups and disaster relief efforts. “Protect,” for example, is a light pine-scented candle that supports the National Parks, while the jasmine-scented “California” candle raises funds for the California Wildfire Relief Fund. Each candle comes with a story card explaining the social impact.
6. High-End Water Bottles
Rather than an inexpensive branded plastic water bottle, consider gifting attendees with luxury double- or triple-insulated stainless steel water bottles from high-end brands like Corkcicle, S’well, or Yeti. Many come with lifetime warranties, and they will be appreciated and used for years to come.

7. Yoga Gifts
If you’re offering morning yoga, couple that with a yoga-themed gift, like a yoga mat, in the room when attendees arrive. A gift card from an athleisure retail brand, like Alo or lululemon, will also be appreciated by both men and women.
