- This historic home with Italian villa architecture maintains its 1928 charm. Offering both small, cozy spaces and large halls, the home can be utilized for a variety of events. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, and large rooms give the space an urban flair. The home is decorated with vintage furniture but modern amenities, creating a warm atmosphere that can be easily customized. More so, the two exterior courtyards create a dynamic layout.
