Oak View Group, a company that has made its mission to positively disrupt the venue management sector, is entering the Mexican market.

OCESA, one of Mexico's leading live entertainment promoters, is partnering with Oak View Group’s OVG Hospitality in four venues it manages in the Mexican capital. This is Oak View Group’s first partnership in Latin America.

OCESA manages 13 venues in Mexico, including stadiums, convention centers, arenas, and music clubs. However, the partnership only includes four large venues, expanding to include more in 2025.

“These four venues managed by OCESA are first-class,” said Michel Wohlmuth, CEO of Creatividad and president of the Mexican Council for the Meetings Industry (COMIR). “Without a doubt, this partnership is great news for Mexico.”

OVG Hospitality is taking over food and beverage services, including all concessions in these four venues. It plans to upgrade experiences at business gatherings by introducing premium catering and innovative technology.

“Meeting planners understand what they can expect in an OVG building. This gives people a sense of confidence and anticipation. We want to make sure we are our where our customers want to be, and Mexico City is at the very top of the list,” said Chris Granger, president of OVG360, the venue services division of OVG.
