Why is it Relevant?

These services are valuable to identify the online weight/influence/reach of your perspective or current attendees. Finding out about the New VIPs is one of the top trends of the year.

You need to know the online impact of your offline guests to make them happy, respond to their complaint/compliments and accommodate their needs.
