It’s Not My Responsibility
Having this kind of attitude can cause disruption within a team and undermine a business as a whole. In the world of event planning just because something isn’t what you are officially supposed to be doing doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get stuck in to find a solution if you need to. Sometimes it really comes down to “all hands on deck” to “save” the event.
