The Anatomy of the Meeting Team at FRESH14

  • This is a sponsored post written Luka Rejec, Voice at SpotMe. SpotMe supports meeting architecture and is the official app sponsor of FRESH14. More information about Event Manager Blog’s sponsored posts.

Starting on January 26th, FRESH14 is just around the corner. The annual conference in Copenhagen focuses on effective meetings. This year’s topic is how to assemble the right meeting team and successfully manage it to create transformative meetings.

How can meeting designers, content specialists, technicians, producers, moderators, and technology specialists successfully work together? How can they – as a team – leverage the moment to build the future? Questions to which FRESH will give answers.

FRESH is also a unique opportunity for event professionals to – for once – live the participant’s perspective. Every participant at FRESH13 tried out a host of meeting formats. For 2014 we have a great experiment lined up:

Participating at FRESH14, you will experience the world’s newest meeting format – the WeConference.

Throughout the WeConference you will choose between:
    – joining a discussion at a table or
    – talking to individuals in the lobby.

“Shall I network or shall I groupwork?” and “Should I stay or should I go now?” are questions you will repeatedly ask yourself during the WeConference.

    Topics include:

    – Human error, error detection and prevention, and how to break the error chain.
    – Who makes sure that things get done (before 23:55)? How is this person empowered?
    – The meeting team org chart.

Want to be one of the first 200 to experience the WeConference? You can register for FRESH here.
